What a person perceives of an experience is only a small fraction of what
their senses have received.
The body-mind constantly edits the
information coming in, creating ordered perception from a multitude of
chaotic impressions.
This process is easy to see as one looks at an abstract collection of
colours, and the the mind finds a name - an object or experience a bit like
the colour/shape with which to identify it.
Different minds will choose different names - what name matters less than
the fact that some name was required.
